If you are interested in pursuing any, or all, of the "flamers" on this
so-called news group that think they re hiding behind fake
identitities, call me.

The US Court system has been addressing the issue of internet "fake"
identities and new case law, within the last six months, now allows for
Plaintiffs, like yourself, to legally "serve" those hiding behind fake
email addresses right at that "fake" address - and the Defendant has
the usual twenty days ONLY to reply.

Knowing this, last July I got on this list and "baited" the whole group
asking for the identities of the Spamhaus "volunteers" for my lawsuit.
These fools know nothing about the law, and make up things that sound
good to them, I think.  What  I got out of my "baiting," with over a
thousand replies, was seventy-three names of Defendants - and I
couldn't care less if they identify themselves when I ask them - for
I'll just file against their fake name, wait the twenty days, then file
for a default judgment.

Once I have the judgment in hand, THEN I can really go after them.
And, since I'll be using a "violation of a criminal Statute" as the
basis, I'll be able to call upon law enforcement to find them for me.
Once I have that judgment I'll be able to go after their employers -
for a good many of them are sitting in front of their employer's
computer, on their employers time, doing what they do.  And, there are
the "deep pockets" Defendants to pay for my litigation costs.

Patrick Timothy Bolen enjoys a fantasy, in fact he is quite prolific in his dreams of power. He likes to pretend he is General Eisenhower in his strategy plans. Ho-hum, in this example he can't even get the compass bearings right. The Russians approached Berlin from the east, not the west.

"I am sensing a deep discomfort here from several of you about the e360 v Spamhaus case.
Your discomfort is correct.  It must be hard to have had Spamhaus so easily turned
inside out in a US Court when the years of bragadacio turned to nothing -
and a US Court simply blew the house of cards over with little more than a whistle.
I'm reminded of Sun Tzu when I read about how brilliantly Lindhart's legal team set
the stage for this easy victory.  Sun Tzu, I think, would climb out of his grave and
clap out loud for how well one of his basic tactics was exhibited.
For not only did Lindhart's people create a situation where the "enemy" was defeated
without a war - but surrendered before the war was announced, thinking that that
was a good tactic.  What you need to do is regroup and think about, frankly, how some
of you are going to get through what's coming.
Right now you are kind of like the German people in Berlin in 1945, looking west
towards the horizon at the oncoming Russian Army - the men seeing death coming, and
the women oiling their orifices so the first forty won't hurt so bad.
But, you had your run, didn't you?  And, it was fun feeling a little power, wasn't
it?
Stock up on K-Y.  Look to the horizon.  Hear that rumbling?
